Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

No two ingredients go better together than peanut butter and banana! I blend this smoothie on the reg as a protein-packed start to my day. 

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie: 

1 Ripe Banana

1 - 1 1/2 Cups Lowfat Milk or Almond Milk

2 TBSP PBFit or Chocolate PBFit

2 TBSP LIVfit Organic Plant Protein

2 TBSP Rolled Oats

1.5 TBSP Ground Flax

1/2 Cup Crushed Ice

First, add all of the ingredients to your blender.

Blend until smooth, for about 30 seconds or more. The flax does not dissolve, so it will leave some texture to your smoothie (which I love!)

For a thinner consistency, add more milk. If you would like your smoothie to be on the thicker side, try adding 1-2 TSP of chia seeds. Chia seeds not only deliver a dose of Omega-3's and fiber, but they also act as a thickening agent.
