What is Chiatta?

Introducing Alotta Chiatta: A Better-for-You First Meal

As the founder of Alotta Chiatta, I am excited to share the story behind this new food brand, a project born out of my experience working in the food industry for the past 18 years along with my passion for creating nutritious foods.

With a master’s degree in business and another in Food Science and Human Nutrition, along with a career in developing food products across custom food ingredients and the CPG industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with food at its most fundamental level.

But it wasn’t until a transformative phase during a period of unemployment that I truly shifted my relationship with what I eat and how I view “work” and how I focus my energy. During this time, I began to clean up my diet, and that's when the idea for Alotta Chiatta came to life. This product was designed with a clear mission: to nourish, not just feed.

What is Alotta Chiatta?

Alotta Chiatta is not just another cereal or breakfast item on the shelf. It’s a better-for-you first meal designed to nourish your body with simple, powerful ingredients that fuel both your body and mind. The recipe contains only five ingredients, all chosen for their nutritional value, where the ingredients are grown, and who they are grown by. With 10 grams of fiber, 7 grams of protein, and just 3 grams of sugar (sourced naturally from date powder), Alotta Chiatta is packed with what your body needs without unnecessary additives.

The chia seeds in Alotta Chiatta are sourced from U.S.-based farmers who are committed to regenerative farming. This approach to agriculture not only focuses on the health of the plants but also the long-term sustainability of the soil. I’ve invested time in learning about regenerative farming practices because they align with my belief in transparency and creating a product that is truly “better-for-you” from the ground up.

Food That Nourishes

One of the core tenets of Alotta Chiatta is food ingredient transparency. Throughout my years in the food industry, I’ve seen the gap between what’s on the label and what your body needs to function at it’s best. Alotta Chiatta is designed for people who seek convenient nourishing foods. It’s not just about eating—it’s about understanding what you’re consuming and making choices that align with your well-being.

I want to help people learn how to read ingredient labels and make informed choices about their food. More than that, I want to demonstrate to my children—and to anyone watching—that entrepreneurship can be driven by a genuine passion for nutrition and transparency.

From My Kitchen to Your Table

Alotta Chiatta has been developed with the care and attention of a professional food designer, who is also my harshest critic—me! The product you’ll soon see on the shelves is one I’m incredibly proud of. It reflects my personal transformation and the professional journey that has led me to this point.

This product is more than just a business—it’s a way to encourage thoughtful, mindful eating that fuels the soul. Alotta Chiatta represents the culmination of my experience, passion, and a desire to create food that I’m proud to share with my family, friends, and now, you.

Keep an eye out for Alotta Chiatta as it hits shelves soon, and join me on this journey to nourish both body and soul through food that’s made with intent, care, and purpose.
