Ombre Powder Brows Before and After
Considering Microblading?
I’ve been wanting to sign up for Ombre Powder brows for quite some time now. I had a friend who had an artist that she highly recommended, so I began to follow her on Instagram so that I could see more of her work.
After several months of eyebrow posts appearing weekly in my feed, I made the appointment. I had to wait six weeks to get in with Dee, owner of Beaudee Spa. I was nervous going into this semi-permanent decisions, but all my friends who have had Ombre Powder brows have said they are not fully permanent. They do fade, and annual touchups are needed.
I already have three large tattoos, so I assumed the brows would be no big deal in terms of time and pain. The process definitely did not tickle. They process was a bit painful, and at times it felt like my eyeballs were being tattooed just because of the proximity between brows and eyes.
When it was all said and done, I sat up, and Dee handed me a mirror. What did I see?! FABULOUS BROWS!!
I was thrilled with the results. Over the next several days, my brows healed and peeled The darkness started to flake off, and what was left was soft brown brows. I will need to go back for a touch up in three months, and then after that, every year.
During a time when masks are essential, and when eyebrows do most the talking, I am glad I made the leap into Ombre Powder brows. If you’re considering the trend, be sure to over-research your options. This is your face, after all! Choose a person who’s work you love, and keep your ears open for personal recommendations from friends. I hope you find the eyebrows of your dreams!
